When do I need to pay for my services?

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. For any billing related questions or assistance with paying your invoice, please email us at support@housecareinc.com

How much does it cost to service my home?

The cost varies based on the size of your home and the specific services you require. We recommend scheduling a free consultation for a detailed estimate and a fully customized/crafted home maintenance plan created just for your home. I have an account credit. How long will it stay on my account?

Account credits do not expire and will remain on your account until used. Credits do not transfer over to any other company and have no cash value outside of Housecareinc.com, Inc. services. Feel free to pile them up as high as you can because your credits are not going anywhere!

When will I get my referral credit?

Referral credits are applied to your account within 24 hours after the referral has completed their free onsite consultation.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and some social electronic transfer methods. If you are planning to pay with a check or a social wire transfer, please consult with our support team prior to your service appointment to validate the acceptance of the payment method. Do I need to pay for services upfront?

No payments or deposits are due upfront for any of our services. All final payments are due post service, once we know that you are a happy customer.

Are there any contracts or commitments?

No, we operate on a pay-as-you-go basis. However, for certain services or promotional offers, there might be a minimum commitment period. Partners who bring us a one-time service might incur an agreement for the service. How are services priced?

Our services are priced based on the size of your home, the complexity of the job, and the specific services you require. We provide a detailed estimate that includes a custom plan crafted specifically for your home. This is delivered to you for free to evaluate right after your free initial consultation, so you can not be pressured into another unwanted service, and take your time to fully evaluate the condition and our recommendation prior to starting any work with the House Care Team.

Service Appointments & Scheduling

Should my kitchen and any other sinks have any dishes or other materials in them prior to my service visit?

Please ensure sinks are clear of dishes or any obstructions for efficient service. We will also send an email reminder before the actual service.

Should my dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer be empty or full prior to my service visit?

Please keep them empty to allow our technicians to service them effectively. We will also send an email reminder before the actual service.

Do I need to be home during my service appointment or free consultation?

For the free consultation, we require at least one homeowner to be present so we can discuss the details of the findings with the appropriate responsible party. Once you become a customer, someone over the age of 18 years is required to be present during the service appointment.

What happens if my technician is running behind schedule?

We will notify you in advance if there are any delays. Our technicians strive to be punctual, but unforeseen circumstances can arise.

What if I can’t make the scheduled appointment date/time?

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Is your company insured?

Yes, we are fully insured to guarantee the safety and security of our technicians, customers and their homes.

Do you service rental properties?

Yes, we service home that are occupied by renters to help investors keep their homes in top operating condition.

Will you service the home if I am renting/leasing?

Yes, but we will need prior approval from the home owner. Payments to House Care can be paid by any party that is agreeing to the terms of service.

Will the technicians remove their shoes during a service visit?

Yes, our technicians will either remove their shoes or wear shoe covers to ensure cleanliness.

Are your service technicians allowed to do any side tasks while servicing the home?

Our technicians are focused on the task at hand and are not permitted to do unrelated side tasks during a service visit.

Are your service technicians certified and trained by House Care?

Yes, all our technicians are certified and undergo rigorous training by House Care.

Who qualifies to apply and be approved as a partner?

We welcome businesses and individuals aligned with our values and service standards. Each application is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Can a partner be onsite during a service appointment?

Yes, partners are welcome to be onsite, but they must coordinate with our team in advance.

Is there any fee to become a partner?

There is no fee to become a partner; however, partners are subject to a review and approval process.
